This tool compares your Following and Followers lists to show you who isn't following you back — and who you're not following back.

To use it, you'll need two files from Instagram's data export: following.html and followers_1.html.

Do you already have these files downloaded?

How to download your Instagram data

1
From your profile, open Settings, then go to Accounts CenterYour information and permissionsExport your information. Works the same way on the mobile app or in a browser.
2
Click "Create export".
3
Select your account if prompted, then choose "Export to device" (not "Export to external service" — that's a different option).
4
Click "Customize information" and "Clear all", scroll down to Connections and only keep "Followers and following" checked. Click "Save".
5
Change the Date range to "All time", then click "Start export". Can take a few minutes to a few hours.
6
Once ready, you'll get an email. Download the .zip file, unzip it, and look inside the connections/followers_and_following/ folder. You'll find following.html and followers_1.html.
